Overall, an excellent service. The webpage seems kind of out-dated and the uploading process didn't work the first time. You can only upload 1 file at a time, though the site indicates otherwise. However, they converted my files perfectly. I will use them again in the future.

We wanted to downgrade from Enterprise to Pro as it was just more than we needed and was more cost effective for us to use. We contacted thus company. After getting our questions answered and making our payment we heard back from them and within 24 hours we had our converted files back and we were up and running on our Pro version with no errors to be found. Everything was there and worked perfectly. Thanks again for prompt and courteous service.
